MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517098518 A) filed by Lg Energy Solution, Ltd., Seoul, Republic of Korea, on Oct. 13, for 'positive electrode material, and positive electrode slurry, positive electrode, and lithium secondary battery comprising same.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to a positive electrode material for a lithium secondary battery, and a positive electrode slurry, a positive electrode, and a lithium secondary battery comprising same, the positive electrode material comprising: a first positive electrode active material comprising a lithium-rich manganese-based oxide; and a second positive electrode active material having at least one single-particle or single-particle-like form and comprising a lithium transition metal oxide, wherein D50 of the first positive electrode active material is 8 m or more and has a larger value than D50 of the second positive electrode active material."
