MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411019770 A) filed by Shobhit Institute Of Engineering & Technology, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, on March 17, 2024, for 'portable object relocation device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A portable object relocation device comprises of a platform 1 installed with an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 2 for detecting dimensions of the object present in proximity to the platform 1, a drawer arrangement 3 integrated on the platform 1 for extending/retracting the platform 1 to acquire the determined dimensions in order to accommodate the object on the platform 1, multiple holes 4 are fabricated on ends of the platform 1 for allowing the user to fasten the object on the platform 1 using strings in order to prevent the object from falling from the platform 1 a touch interactive display panel 6 for providing input regarding a location where the object is to be relocated, and a motorized sprocket 7 arranged underneath the platform 1 to move the platform 1 towards the user-specified location for relocating the object."
