According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A portable loT based food processing device for automated cooking and prepping of contents, is disclosed. The portable loT based food processing device includes a stirring paddler device connected to a stirring shaft through a first coupler for adapting stirring paddler device to stir contents. The automatic stirring apparatus is connected to damping arms to adapt for various container sizes using slider motion. The automatic stirring apparatus includes first microcontroller to: receive inputs from first user interfaces and touch buttons, of the automatic stirring apparatus, second user interfaces and touch screens, of loT based hand blender device and applications in user devices; capture images from camera devices, receive sensor data from sensors;; and match sensor data and type of contents, with computed load of contents to compute cooking time, control speed and direction of rotation of first variable speed DC motor for stirring contents using stirring paddler device."
