MUMBAI, India, Oct. 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411023436 A) filed by Chandigarh University; and Chandigarh University Technology Business Incubator, Mohali, Punjab, on March 25, 2024, for 'portable fire lightening facilitating device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A portable fire lightening facilitating device, comprising a body 1 attached with motorized wheels 2 for maneuvering the body 1, a tray 3 arranged on the body 1 via a pair of motorized sliding unit 4 for providing movement of the tray 3, a telescopically operated pusher 5 arranged at the body 1 that for elevating wooden chips/logs, a pair of plates 6 arranged over the body 1 for accommodating wooden chips/logs, a transparent column 7 arranged over the plate 6 for accommodating chips/logs on the plate 6 and an air blower 8 integrated on the plate 6 for blowing air to reduce intensity of particulate matter."
