MUMBAI, India, Feb. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611002348 A) filed by Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University, Gurugram, Haryana, on Jan. 8, for 'portable cosmetic management and personal care device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A portable cosmetic management and personal care device, comprises of a cylindrical body 101 divided into a top half 102 and a bottom half 103, the top half 102 includes multiple internal compartments 104 for storing different lotions and the bottom half 103 houses a stick cosmetic capable of extending outwards for use, a biometric authentication unit 201 to analyze biometrics of a user, a skin type recognition unit to map facial zones and skin parameters, a multi-nozzle dispensing head 105 to dispense formulations, a foldable mirror 203 housed in a cavity coupled with a pneumatic link 204 and motorized drawer unit to extend and retract the mirror 203, a forward curling arrangement 106 to extends/ retract the stick cosmetic, a hollow rectangular storage unit 205 with a front lid 206 to hold makeup palettes, a motorized roller 207 to unroll a bubbled sheet over the stored palettes."
