MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521027516 A) filed by Advik Hi-Tech Pvt Ltd on March 25, 2025, for "polymer Based Noise Damper Jacket With Collar Metal Cable Holder".
Inventors include Prakash Bhaurao Patond; Karan Suresh Bhardiya; Shyam Balaram Gawade; Maruti Vitthal Khaire; and Nikhil Uttam Rane.

Abstract: ABSTRACT "POLYMER BASED NOISE DAMPER JACKET WITH COLLAR METAL CABLE HOLDER" The collar metal cable holder assembly (30) used in two-wheeler/three-wheeler vehicles is disclosed. The collar metal cable holder assembly (30) comprises collar metal holder (10) & damper jacket (20). The collar metal holder (10) is assembled in the damper jacket (20) so as the collar metal cable holder (10) is surrounded by 5 damper jacket (20). Collar metal cable holder assembly (30) is assembled in cam lever (50) with cables (40). With current collar metal holder (30), whenever brake applies, cable get pulled, as these cables are connected with cam lever (50) with the help of collar metal cable holder assembly (30), so due to no metal to metal contact between collar metal holder (10) & cam lever (50) and no noise is generated within 10 system, So for eliminating the noise issue, damper jacket (20) is introduced in between collar metal holder (10) & cam lever (50), so as whenever cables pull the cam lever (50) then there is no metal to metal contact, resulting in smooth working without noise.
