The formulation demonstrates significant in vitro anti-inflammatory activity using protein denaturation and proteinase inhibition assays. It exhibits excellent biocompatibility with fibroblast cells and promotes wound healing by enhancing fibroblast migration and proliferation in scratch wound assays. Additionally, the formulation improves cellular glucose uptake in L6 skeletal muscle cells, indicating potential systemic benefits in glycemic control. This dual-action topical formulation offers an innovative, safe, and cost-effective therapeutic approach for accelerating diabetic wound healing while aiding in blood glucose management."
