MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202547088074 A) filed by Idemitsu Kosan Co. Ltd., Tokyo, on Sept. 16, for 'polyethylene resin composition and stretched film.'
Inventor(s) include Tamura Satoshi.
The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed is a polyethylene resin composition which contains a high-density polyethylene (A), a linear low-density polyethylene (B) and a hydrogenated petroleum resin (C), wherein: the mass ratio [(A)/(B)] of the high-density polyethylene (A) to the linear low-density polyethylene (B) is 25/75 to 95/5; and the content of the hydrogenated petroleum resin (C) is 3 to 25 parts by mass relative to a total of 100 parts by mass of the high-density polyethylene (A) and the linear low-density polyethylene (B). Also disclosed is a stretched film which is formed of this polyethylene resin composition."
The patent application was internationally filed on Dec. 28, 2023, under International application No.PCT/JP2023/047218.
