MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511113119 A) filed by Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, on Nov. 18, 2025, for 'poc xv: portable dental radiographs viewer.'

The invention addresses these limitations by offering a lightweight, rechargeable, and easy-to-use device that provides clear, high-contrast X-ray visualization with adjustable brightness settings. This innovative device helps in film-to-digital conversion, magnification for detailed analysis, and customized viewing options. Designed for versatility and affordability, the device empowers students with a self-sufficient, cost-effective, and hygienic solution to efficiently analyse dental radiographs anytime, anywhere."
