MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511117736 A) filed by Hari Organic Manure (L), Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, on Nov. 26, 2025, for 'plant-derived biostimulant composition enriched with gallic acid.'

Inventor(s) include Abhay Goel; and Seema Goel.

The application for the patent was published on Jan. 9, under issue no. 02/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure discloses a method for preparing a plant-derived biostimulant composition. The method includes grinding at least two plant materials into fine powder, wherein each plant is selected from families comprising Acoraceae, Lamiaceae, Asteraceae, Rutaceae, Fabaceae, and Zingiberaceae. The fine powdered plant material is fermented and subjected to hydro-distillation using water as solvent. The distillate obtained is separated by centrifugation to yield essential oil, water, and crude extract. The essential oil and crude extract are mixed in a defined ratio of 1:20 to obtain a gallic acid concentration between 100 and 400 ppm, forming the plant-derived biostimulant composition."
