MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517114393 A) filed by Samsung Display Co. Ltd., Gyeonggi, Republic of Korea, on Nov. 20, 2025, for 'pixel and display device.'
Inventor(s) include Jang, Jaeyong; Kim, Hyunjoon; and Lim, Danwon.
The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A pixel according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a light-emitting element connected between a first power line and a first node; a first transistor including a first electrode, a second electrode electrically connected to a second node, and a gate electrode electrically connected to a third node; a second transistor including a first electrode electrically connected to a data line, a second electrode electrically connected to a fourth node, and a gate electrode that receives a scan signal; a third transistor; a fourth transistor; and a first capacitor."
