MUMBAI, India, June 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517020495 A) filed by Inbrain Pharma; Universite De Lille; Centre Hospitalier Universitaire De Lille; and Institut National De La Sante Et De La Recherche Medicale, Loos, France, on March 6, for 'pharmaceutical injectable solution comprising dopamine.'

Inventor(s) include Odou Pascal; Devos David; Demailly Alexandre; and Fisichella Matthieu.

The application for the patent was published on June 20, under issue no. 25/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to a pharmaceutical injectable solution comprising dopamine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof preferably dopamine hydrochloride dissolved in water for injection wherein the solution has a pH between 3.0 and 5.5 and has an oxygen content equal to or lower than 0.008% (8 ppm) and uses thereof."

The patent application was internationally filed on Sept. 13, 2023, under International application No.PCT/EP2023/075180.
