MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517097817 A) filed by Interius Biotherapeutics, Inc., Philadelphia, on Oct. 10, for 'pharmaceutical compositions comprising viral particles and methods of using the same.'

Inventor(s) include Medi, Muneeswara Babu; Culp, Timothy D; and Peluso, Richard W.
