MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517079903 A) filed by Haisco Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd., Zedang, China, on Aug. 22, for 'pharmaceutical composition of benzo nitrogen heteroaromatic ring derivative and use thereof in medicine.'

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A pharmaceutical composition of a benzo nitrogen heteroaromatic ring derivative and the use thereof in medicine. The pharmaceutical composition contains active ingredient A and a pharmaceutical excipient, wherein the active ingredient A is selected from a compound as represented by general formula (I) or a stereoisomer, tautomer, deuterated compound, solvate, prodrug, metabolite, pharmaceutically acceptable salt or cocrystal thereof. The pharmaceutical composition contains 1-1000 mg of the active ingredient A, and the content of the active ingredient A is selected from 1.0-90.0%. The present invention also relates to the use of the pharmaceutical composition in the preparation of a related drug for treating nephropathy."
