According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A pet restraining device, comprising a C-shaped body 1 accessed by a user to accommodate carrier portion of bicycle, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 2 for capturing images of carrier portion, plurality of motorized hinge joints 3 to regulate dimensions of body 1, strap 5 to accommodate neck portion of pet, a laser sensor for determining the dimensions of neck portion, motorized roller 6 for wrapping strap 5, an ultrasonic sensor to monitor distance of pet from body 1, electromagnetic spring 7 to compress to reduce distance of pet from body 1, noise sensor to monitor noise in surroundings, pair of robotic arms 8 to position an ear muff over ears of pet, a proximity sensor to monitor proximity of a vehicle in proximity of bicycle, a robotic link 9 to position plate behind bicycle for preventing any collision of vehicle with bicycle or pet."
