According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A pet animal comfort and safety assistive device, comprising a circular frame 101 constructed with multiple curved extendable members and paired with motorized hinge 102, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 103 mounted on the frame to capture multiple images, a plurality of inflatable air pockets 104 disposed along an inner periphery of the frame configured to detect neck curvature to provide adjustable cushioning, a sensing module installed on the frame, configured to measure muscle strain, for detecting hazardous conditions, an extendable bar arranged horizontally on top portion of the frame for extending to form a physical barrier, and a spraying unit 107 installed on the frame that detects presence of insects around the pet animal."
