MUMBAI, India, June 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517050433 A) filed by Syngenta Crop Protection Ag, Basel, Switzerland, on May 26, for 'pesticidally active cyclic amine compounds.'
Inventor(s) include Hueter, Ottmar Franz; and Sikervar, Vikas.
The application for the patent was published on June 13, under issue no. 24/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Compounds of formula (I), (I), wherein the substituents are as defined in claim 1, and the agrochemically acceptable salts, stereoisomers, enantiomers, tautomers and N-oxides of those compounds, can be used as insecticides and acaricides."
The patent application was internationally filed on Nov. 10, 2023, under International application No.PCT/EP2023/081407.
