According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure provides a personalized nutrition planning system comprising a data input module configured to receive user health parameters including age, gender, symptoms, heart rate, and body temperature; a convolutional neural network module configured to process the user health parameters and generate personalized meal recommendations; an explainable artificial intelligence module configured to analyze the meal recommendations and generate interpretable explanations describing reasoning behind the recommendations including health benefits and nutritional rationale; a blockchain storage module configured to encrypt and store the user health parameters in a decentralized manner, wherein the blockchain storage module provides user-controlled access to the stored health parameters; and an output module configured to present the personalized meal recommendations and interpretable explanations to a user interface. The system transforms individual health profiles into tailored dietary guidance while maintaining data privacy through decentralized blockchain storage."
