According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention discloses a non-electronic pelvic floor biofeedback device incorporating a dial gauge with a peak-hold needle retention mechanism that maintains the maximum pressure reading even after muscle relaxation. The device provides an affordable, portable, and clinically effective method for assessing and training pelvic floor muscle strength by capturing maximum voluntary contraction values through a mechanical locking system. It is suitable for urogynaecological physiotherapy, postpartum rehabilitation, and management of pelvic floor dysfunction."
