According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Implementations are described for PDU Set specific steering rules for MA handling of data traffic. When PDU Set QoS is used in a PCC rule, rules are derived with PDU Set Importance. The PDU set importance is used by a UE in UL and a UPF in downlink to (re)distribute flows using the PDU set importance. Alternatively, rules are derived so that PDU Set PDUs are to be sent on one access and normal PDUs to be sent on a different access. The rules are used by a UE in UL and a UPF in downlink to (re)distribute flows."
