According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A passenger evacuation device for four wheelers, comprising a platform 1 developed to be positioned on ground surface, a camera 2 is mounted on platform 1 for capturing images of surrounding of platform 1, plurality of wheels 3 configured beneath platform 1 to rotate for maneuvering platform 1 in proximity to vehicle, an ultrasonic sensor synced with camera 2 detects condition of vehicle, a hydraulic actuator 4 assembled with a wedge clamp plate 5 installed on platform 1 to extend/retract for positioning said clamp plate 5 in alignment with a crushed roof of vehicle and synchronously actuate clamp plate 5 to grip roof, a vertical shaft 7 hinged with a motorized shearing blade 8 via a horizontal link 9 to cut door frame for evacuating a passenger stuck within vehicle and a pair of articulated robotic arms 10 to unclamp seat belt in order evacuate passenger."
