MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517048222 A) filed by Gridesic Holdings Limited, Hong Kong, on May 19, for 'pallet.'
Inventor(s) include Cody, Thomas Edward Kingsborough; and Cody, William Thomas Kingsborough.
The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention concerns a pallet (100) with a structural top (10), the structural top (10) comprising a loop of tubular material around its perimeter. The invention also concerns a pallet (100) comprising legs (12) and a metal structural top (10), and a coloured detail, provided as a separate component to the metal structured top, the separate component being at least one of a) one of the legs (12), b) a liner (42), and c) a washer, and contrasting to the colour of the structural top (10). The invention also concerns a pallet (100) comprising legs (12) and a structural top (10), wherein the legs (12) are attached to the structural top (10) using nuts and bolts. The pallet (100) can comprise one or more of a) a liner (12), b) a washer, and c) either a structural bottom or one or more structural skid (14), the nuts and bolts connecting that or those component(s) to the structural top (10) and leg (12)."
