MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441010897 A) filed by Apoorva Goswami, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on May 16, 2024, for 'pain management device for paediatric dental interventions.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Pain management device for paediatric dental interventions comprises TENS massager, controlling unt, electric plastic housing with the sound clip and speaker. The said device of a modified Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) Device reduce pain perception during inferior alveolar nerve block injection."
