MUMBAI, India, June 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517049027 A) filed by Alpla Werke Alwin Lehner Gmbh & Co. Kg, Hard, Austria, on May 21, for 'packaging system.'
Inventor(s) include Unterlechner, Oliver; Bohle, Thomas; Shah, Rajen; Raj, Santhosh; and Dixit, Vagish.
The application for the patent was published on June 13, under issue no. 24/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a packaging system (11) having a plurality of individual plastic containers (13) which are separably connected to one another and form a chain, and a plurality of perforation lines (27) which are provided between adjacent plastic containers (13) so that a plastic container (13) can be torn off from the chain. The packaging system also has a carrier band (15) with a first adhesive side (17) and a second printable side (19), the plastics containers (13) being glued adjacently onto the first side (17)."
The patent application was internationally filed on Oct. 23, 2023, under International application No.PCT/EP2023/079481.
