MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517080394 A) filed by Zacros Corporation, Tokyo, on Aug. 25, for 'packaging bag.'

Inventor(s) include Suzuki, Jun; Sawaguchi, Kouta; Ozaki, Shinya; Hayashi, Yuki; and Nakamura, Masaya.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A packaging bag according to the present invention comprises a bag body including: a bonded part that is obtained by layering laminates, each of which includes a laminated sealant layer, oxygen barrier layer, and at least two water vapor barrier layers, such that the sealant layer sides thereof face each other, and fusing the outer peripheral edges of both laminates together; and a storage chamber that is defined by the laminates and the bonded part, and that can be filled with contents. The oxygen barrier layer is provided as interposed between two of the water vapor barrier layers, and the water vapor barrier layers contain a fluorine-based resin."

The patent application was internationally filed on Mar. 14, 2024, under International application No.PCT/JP2024/010053.
