According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention provides a mobile robotic system, designated as the OxyHeart Rover, for the remote assessment of patient vital signs. The system comprises a Wi-Fi-enabled microcontroller, a plurality of drive motors for multi-directional locomotion, and an integrated MAX30100 sensor for non-invasive pulse oximetry and heart rate monitoring. The device functions as a localized wireless access point, enabling a remote operator to navigate the rover to a patient and acquire real-time physiological data via an HTTP interface. Biometric readings are displayed locally on an integrated OLED screen and transmitted wirelessly to the operator. The invention finds particular utility in infectious disease wards and elderly care facilities, where it reduces the need for direct physical contact, lowers PPE consumption, and provides a cost-effective solution for dynamic physiological monitoring."
