MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441078328 A) filed by Jain, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Oct. 15, 2024, for 'outdoor fireplace koster and heating device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An outdoor fireplace koster and heating device, comprising a hollow cuboidal body 1 positioned by a user on a snowy surface, plurality of curved plates 2 are arranged underneath body 1 to establish a tripod-like structure, in a hopper 4 user introducing woods/ charcoal, a motorized iris lid 5 allowing woods/ charcoal to get accommodated into a container, plurality of burners 7 connected with a liquid petroleum gas cylinder that dispenses gas, an electric lighter initiate burning of wood/ charcoal, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 8 detects ignition on woods/ charcoal, a C-shaped clamping unit 9 integrated with a cylindrical tube 10 for positioning tube 10 over container such that flame generated from ignition of wood/ charcoal is limited with tube 10, two motorized hinge joints 11 tilt and deploy a curved metallic sheet 12 around tube 10 and flame for providing warmth during cooler evenings."
