Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Optical System, Image Module, And Electronic Device' Filed by Jiangxi Ofilm Optical Co. Ltd.

MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514092264 A) filed by Jiangxi Ofilm Optical Co. Ltd., Nanchang City, China, on Sept. 25, 2025, for 'optical system, image module, and electronic device.'

Inventor(s) include Chenglin Zhang; and Binbin Liu.

The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An optical system (100) includes a first lens group (G1) comprising a first lens (L1), a second lens (L2), and a third lens (L3), a second lens group (G2) comprising a fourth lens (L4), a fifth lens (L5), and a sixth lens (L6), and an image plane (IMG). Near the optical axis (O), object side surfaces of the first, second, third, and fifth lenses and an imaging side surface (S6) of the third lens (L3) are convex, imaging side surfaces of the second, fourth and fifth lenses and an object side surface (S11) of the sixth lens (L6) are concave. The first lens group (G1) is fixed relative to the image plane (IMG), the second lens group (G2) is movably arranged between the first lens group (G1) and the image plane (IMG). The optical system (100) satisfies: 5degFOV20deg and 1.5FNO3.2."
