Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Optical System, Camera Module, And Electronic Device' Filed by Jiangxi Ofilm Optical Co. Ltd.

MUMBAI, India, March 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514079104 A) filed by Jiangxi Ofilm Optical Co. Ltd., Nanchang, China, on Aug. 20, 2025, for 'optical system, camera module, and electronic device.'

Inventor(s) include Chenglin Zhang; and Binbin Liu.

The application for the patent was published on March 13, under issue no. 11/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An optical system, a camera module, and an electronic device are provided. The optical system includes a first lens, a second lens, a third lens, and a fourth lens that are sequentially arranged. The first lens and the second lens form a first lens group. The third lens and the fourth lens form a second lens group. The first lens group is fixed relative to an imaging plane of the optical system, the second lens group can move along the optical axis between the first lens group and the imaging plane of the optical system. The optical system satisfies following relationships: 14degFOV30deg, and 2FNO3.5. The optical system, the camera module, and the electronic device of the present disclosure can achieve miniaturization design, and can reduce the difficulty of zoom design and achieve mass production."
