Abstract: This Innovation research explores the seamless integration of solar energy into the conventional power distribution infrastructure through the implementation of an Internet of Things (IoT) based system. The aim is to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of power distribution by incorporating renewable energy sources. The integration not only optimizes energy consumption but also promotes grid resilience by enabling the distribution board to intelligently manage the power flow during peak demand and emergency situations. The system prioritizes solar energy utilization, reducing reliance on conventional grid power and lowering overall carbon footprint. Furthermore, the research investigates the economic feasibility and scalability of the proposed system, considering factors such as initial setup costs, maintenance requirements, and potential energy savings. The findings contribute valuable insights for utilities, policymakers, and industries seeking sustainable solutions for power distribution Simulation has been carried out using MATLAB/SIMULINK for a DC to DC converter along with the MPPT algorithm, according to the variation of irradiance voltage, power & duty cycle measured. Using Arduino in the hardware setup, input from the PV panel is processed and stored In the battery then the output of DC to DC converter is given to Arduino. Then, from the Arduino, given the driver. The fan and light load operated from the driver output. Solar PV panel is monitored using web server. The voltage, current & potential voltage from the battery is used to operate fan & light. Keywords - Solar PV Panel, Data Logging, Aurdino,
