According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to an intelligent Office Assistant Robot designed for automated information delivery and navigation within indoor environments. The system integrates advanced robotics with embedded technologies to assist users in locating offices, departments, and other facilities without human intervention. It incorporates a dual-controller architecture using Arduino for motion control and ESP32 for data processing and communication, ensuring efficient and reliable operation. The robot navigates through predefined paths using line-following sensors and identifies locations using RFID technology. Users can input queries through a keypad interface, and the system processes the request by continuously scanning RFID tags placed at different locations. Upon identifying the correct destination, the robot provides accurate information through a thermal printing module, including relevant details such as room identification, date, and time. The proposed system offers a cost-effective, user-friendly, and scalable solution for modern office environments. It reduces manual workload, minimizes delays in information access, and enhances operational efficiency. The invention is particularly suitable for deployment in corporate offices, institutions, and administrative buildings where automated assistance and smart navigation systems are required."
