MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411011291 A) filed by Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, on Feb. 19, 2024, for 'object loading assistive device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An object loading assistive device, comprising a frame 1 configured with multiple suction cups 2 utilized by a user for manually adhering frame 1 beneath object positioned on a ground surface in horizontal orientation, a camera 3 is installed on frame 1 for capturing images of surrounding of frame 1, a pair of L-shape extendable members 4 equipped with frame 1 to extend/retract in accordance with detected dimension of object, an ultrasonic sensor fabricated on frame 1 for detecting distance between frame 1 and surface, multiple hydraulic actuators 5 configured with frame 1 to extend towards surface to position a curved plate 6 assembled with actuators 5 on surface for uplifting object, a weight sensor for detecting weight applied by object on frame 1 and a ball and socket joint 7 embedded between actuators 5 and frame 1 to tilt frame 1 along with object in vertical orientation."
