MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441012922 A) filed by JAIN, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 22, 2024, for 'object lifting and transferring assistive device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An object lifting and transferring assistive device, comprising a telescopically operated frame 1 attached with a handle 2 gripped by a user, an imaging unit 3 mounted on the frame 1 determines presence of an object, a holographic projection unit 4 mounted on the frame 1 assist the user to collect the object on a curve shaped telescopic plate 5 attached the frame 1, a microphone 6 mapped on the frame 1 enabling user voice commands, a flap 7 attached with the plate 5 securing the object on the plate 5, a blade 8 attached with the slider for removing the object from the surface and a pair of motorized clippers 9 assembled on the plate 5 for gripping the object."
