MUMBAI, India, Aug. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411010048 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on Feb. 14, 2024, for 'object holding device for vehicle.'
Inventor(s) include Krishan Raj Singh.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 22, under issue no. 34/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An object holding device for vehicle a body 1 to be mounted on a vehicle's handle, a camera 2 to detect handle, a laser acuity sensor for detecting handle's dimension, accordingly a drawer arrangement 3 extends for accommodating handle within body 1 and synchronously actuates a hinge 4 to converge each ends of body 1 for gripping handle and securing body 1 on handle, user provides command regarding requirement of a hook 8 via a microphone 7 accordingly an microcontroller activates a screw 6 integrated over a block 5 to translate a hook 8 connected in downward/upward direction for enabling user to hang an desired object, a weight sensor installed on hook 8 for detecting object's weight, in case of exceeded weight than a threshold value, multiple rollers 9 fabricated at inner periphery of body 1 to rotate for maneuvering body 1 on handle distribute weight on handle."
