MUMBAI, India, Jan. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511104406 A) filed by Dr. Tanuj Kumar Tanwar; Dr. Rajkumar Berwal; and Dr. Anita Tanwar, Bikaner, Rajasthan, on Oct. 29, 2025, for 'nutritionally-enriched and shelf-stable meat-based bakery product and a process thereof.'

The present disclosure also provides a process of extraction of bioactive compounds from Boerhaavia diffusa and use thereof to prepare a nutritionally-enriched, and shelf-stable chicken muffins with significant improvement in the various physico-chemical, antioxidant, microbiological and sensory qualities."
