MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441028587 A) filed by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited, Hyderabad, Telangana, on April 8, 2024, for 'nutritional composition with low glycemic index.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Bhoite, Rachana; Kodakkattu Parambil Jaseem; and Moorthy, Vijayan.
The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present application relates to a novel nutritional composition for oral administration. Particularly, the application relates to a baked nutritional composition which is useful as a healthy snack for a variety of human populations of different age groups including pre-diabetic and diabetic people. More particularly, the application relates to a baked nutritional composition comprising macronutrients, fibers and prebiotics and the process of preparation for the same."
