MUMBAI, India, March 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514078485 A) filed by Toray Advanced Materials Korea Inc., Gyeongsangbuk, Republic of Korea, on Aug. 19, 2025, for 'nonwoven fabric, nonwoven fabric laminate, and article.'

The provided nonwoven fabric has a fiber specific surface area (m2/m2) per unit weight (g/m2) in a range of 0.20 m2/g to 0.28 m2/g, an emulsion pick-up (EPU) of a hydrophilic agent applied to the nonwoven fabric in a range of 13 wt% to 23 wt%, and an add-on level (AOL) of the hydrophilic agent fixed to the nonwoven fabric after drying in a range of 0.3 wt% to 0.6 wt%."
