MUMBAI, India, March 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202647025061 A) filed by N Able Co. Ltd., Gyeonggi, Republic of Korea, on March 3, for 'non-contact type metal card having light-emitting device.'

The application for the patent was published on March 13, under issue no. 11/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Provided in an embodiment of the present invention is a non-contact type metal card having a light-emitting device, the card comprising: a card chip; an antenna including a primary coil antenna and a secondary coil antenna that are wound in a loop shape; an antenna member including a light-emitting unit having a plurality of LED chips; a shielding sheet stacked on the antenna member; and a metal body including an accommodation opening into which the card chip is inserted, and including a milling unit processed to accommodate the shielding sheet and the antenna member therein, wherein the light-emitting unit emits light through a plurality of transmission holes aligned in the metal body."
