MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421077980 A) filed by Shingade Sunil G; and Mane Satish M, Shirur Anantpal, Maharashtra, on Oct. 15, 2024, for 'non bursting and non collapsing energy and time efficient household pressure cooker.'
Inventor(s) include Shingade Sunil G; and Mane Satish M.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invented pressure cooker is energy and time efficient and can work out safely and prevents itself from getting burst or collapse. The heat transfer process inside the cooker in direct or indirect coking system gets controlled through the convective mechanism only. An indirect cooking system is that the cooker consists of the multiple vessels containing food material and water and these vessels are placed one upon another and the series of these vessels enclosed by the steaming chamber. The steam generated inside the steaming chamber gets condense on the outer walls of the vessels and transfers its latent heat to the vessel contents."
