MUMBAI, India, Jan. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511105034 A) filed by Chitkara University; and Chitkara Innovation Incubator Foundation, Rajpura, Punjab, on Oct. 30, 2025, for 'neutrino-based secure communication system for underwater vehicles.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Raj Gaurang Tiwari; and Vinod Kumar Shukla.
The application for the patent was published on Dec. 12, under issue no. 50/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A neutrino-based secure communication system for underwater vehicles, comprising a command interface 101 receives and inputs critical encrypted data for transmission via neutrino beam(s), a controller 102 integrated with a predictive targeting module 103, operable to align the neutrino beam trajectory with a moving underwater vehicle in real-time, a quantum clock 104 provides nanosecond-level precision for accurate beam targeting and data encoding, a remotely located neutrino beam generation unit 105 produces a high-intensity, directionally focused neutrino beam, a beam modulation and transmission module 106 encodes data and steers the beam through the Earth's crust toward the underwater vehicle, a neutrino detection unit 107 detects transmitted neutrino beam signals, a signal validation and decoding module 108 employing coincidence logic, AI-based noise filtering, and binary decoding and a command terminal 109 operable to display decrypted data and an uplink protocol enabling secure acknowledgment via a short-burst RF buoy."
