The composition targets iron-deficiency anemia and general micronutrient deficiencies commonly found in children and women of reproductive age. The preparation method involves a low-heat gelatin or pectin-based gelling process ( 45 C) to preserve Moringa's bioactive compounds, combined with a liposomal delivery system for enhanced iron bioavailability. The resulting product is palatable, shelf-stable, and free of synthetic colors, flavors, and added sugars."
