According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Falsa ( Grewia asiatica ) gummies fortified with zinc offer a natural and effective approach to immune support. Falsa is rich in vitamin C, polyphenols, anthocyanins, and flavonoids, which exhibit strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. These bioactive compounds help neutralize free radicals, reduce oxidative stress, and strengthen the body's natural defense mechanisms. When combined with zinc, an essential mineral for immune cell development and function, falsa gummies provide synergistic immune benefits. Zinc supports the activity of T-cells, enhances antibody production, and aids in faster recovery from infections. Falsa's cooling and antimicrobial properties further support respiratory and digestive health. The gummy format improves palatability and compliance, especially among children and elderly populations. Additionally, plant-based falsa gummies align with clean-label nutraceutical trends, making them an attractive, natural immunity-boosting supplement."
