According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Kamrak (commonly known as AVERRHOA CARAMBOLA ) gummies fortified with folate offer a powerful combination of natural antioxidants and an essential B-vitamin for overall health. Amla is exceptionally rich in vitamin C, polyphenols, and tannins, which enhance immunity, improve digestion, and protect cells from oxidative damage. When combined with folate (vitamin B9), the formulation supports DNA synthesis, red blood cell formation, and proper cell division. Folate is especially important for women of reproductive age, as it helps prevent neural tube defects during pregnancy and supports fetal development. Kamrak's antioxidant-rich profile enhances nutrient absorption and metabolic efficiency. The gummy format improves compliance among children and adults who have difficulty swallowing tablets. Plant-based kamrak gummies also align with clean-label nutraceutical trends, making them an attractive, natural supplement for daily nutritional support."
