The application for the patent was published on Feb. 13, under issue no. 07/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Jackfruit gummies enriched with vitamin C and B vitamins offer a delicious and functional way to support daily nutrition. Jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus) is naturally rich in vitamin C, which strengthens immunity, acts as a powerful antioxidant, and supports collagen synthesis for healthy skin and tissues. Regular intake helps reduce oxidative stress and improves resistance to infections. Jackfruit also contains B-complex vitamins, particularly vitamin B6, which play a key role in energy metabolism, red blood cell formation, and nervous system function. These vitamins help reduce fatigue, support brain health, and aid in proper digestion. Jackfruit gummies are especially beneficial for children, active adults, and individuals experiencing weakness due to vitamin deficiencies. The gummy format improves taste and compliance compared to tablets, while plant-based jackfruit gummies align with clean-label and natural nutraceutical trends, making them an attractive supplement for overall wellness."
