MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517090927 A) filed by National Institute Of Information And Communications Technology, Tokyo, on Sept. 23, for 'network management system.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "[Problem] To provide a network management system capable of reducing overhead in data resource access control.
