According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Nava Sankalpa: Intelligent Career Assistance Platform for Veterans of the Indian Armed Forces is the proposed invention. The reintegration of Indian military veterans into the civilian workforce presents unique challenges due to domain-specific language mismatches, non-standard resume formats, and unstructured articulation of transferable skills. This paper introduces Nava Sankalpa, an AI-powered career transition assistant designed to automate and streamline key stages of the civilian job-seeking process for ex-servicemen. The system comprises four core modules: (1) a resume parser using Hugging Face Transformers for structured field extraction, (2) a CV generator powered by Meta's LLaMA-4 via the Groq API to convert military experience into ATS-optimized civilian resumes, (3) a job recommendation engine using FAISS for semantic role matching, and (4) a resume-aware chatbot implemented with Lang Chain and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)."
