The system comprising an input acquisition unit configured to receive a user input; a voice to text conversion unit configured to translate the user input into a textual input; a data pre-processing unit configured to process the textual input; a processing unit configured to identify command intent based on the textual inputs and apply predefined task categories to interpret the command; a navigation and movement control unit configured to control movement of the robot and support accurate navigation operations; a gesture and voice-controlled movement unit configured to guide the robot through verbal commands; a text to speech (TTS) conversion unit configured to transform the textual into audible responses sound natural to an ear of the user; and a visualization unit configured to provide information on a LCD screen."
