MUMBAI, India, Sept. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441012508 A) filed by JAIN, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 21, 2024, for 'multi-utility hygiene maintenance device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A multi-utility hygiene maintenance device comprises an extendable platform 1 configured with a pair of suction cups 2 attached with the platform 1 for affixing with surface, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 3 to determines presence and height of a user, a motorized sliding unit 4 integrated within the platform 1 for providing movement, A touch interactive display panel 11 attached with the platform 1 for user input, multiple primary motorized iris lid 5 arranged at a base portion of the platform 1 for opening to dispense water, multiple secondary iris lids 7 arranged on the base portion for transferring water from the platform 1 to a cylindrical shaped member 6 attached with the base portion, a level sensor mapped inside the member 6 for detecting level of collected water, and a LED 8 (Light Emitting Diode) assembled on the platform 1 for illuminating lights."
