MUMBAI, India, Feb. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611001584 A) filed by Manjeet Kaur Saggu; and Rajpal Singh Saggu, Panipat, Haryana, on Jan. 7, for 'multi-station electromechanical road simulator for vehicle diagnostics.'
Inventor(s) include Manjeet Kaur Saggu; and Rajpal Singh Saggu.
The application for the patent was published on Feb. 13, under issue no. 07/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An electromechanical vehicle testing system (100) and device (200) for simulating road conditions in a workshop is disclosed. The system comprises a plurality of independent mobile stations (110, 210), each with a servo-motor-driven crank-cam assembly (122, 220) that imparts vertical motion to a vehicle's tyre via a movable platform (130, 230). A central control unit (140) with a programmable logic controller (PLC) (142) independently controls each station to simulate various road conditions, such as brick roads or speed breakers. This enables diagnosis of suspension and noise faults without running the vehicle's engine. The system may include a human-machine interface (HMI) (144), a wireless remote (150), and a video recording device (160)."
