According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A multi-purpose utility device, comprising an elongated extendable body 1 having a first end 2 configured with a handle 9 griped by a user and a second end 3 configured with a plate 4 attached with a hollow rectangular block 5, a camera 7 mounted on body 1 for decoding height of user and based on which body 1 is adjusted, a touch enabled screen 6 mapped on body 1 for feeding configuration in which device is to be utilized, in case user-selected configuration corresponds to a spade configuration then user is required to utilize the plate 4, a motorized hinge configured between plate 4 and second end 3 for deploying the plate 4 parallel to ground surface, plurality of bristles 8 installed within block 5 via plurality of double-rack gear arrangements which is actuated for protruding out bristles 8 through plurality of pores for cleaning ground surface."
